CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your reservation (in RESERVATION DETAILS) free of charge up to 2 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, the first night will be charged as a penalty.

In case of no-show on the day of check-in or early check-out, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of modification must be made at least 2 days in advance and the existing prices at the moment will be adapted to the new dates requested.

The Hostel requests a credit card number as guarantee of the reservation and may pre-authorize the card provided as proof of a valid card to guarantee the reservation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

· Prices include VAT.

· Tourist tax. 0,66€ per person over 16 years old per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

· Service on request with extra charge (under 2 years old), maximum number of cribs per room: 1.

· Third parties invited by guests occupying a room are not allowed, all occupants and visitors must identify themselves at the reception desk.

· Reservations of 3 rooms or more are not allowed. In this case we offer special prices for groups, please contact us for prices and availability.
