Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. Otherwise, the first night will be charged as a penalty. If you do not show up on the day of arrival or advance the departure date, the total reservation will be charged. In case of modification, it must be made at least 2 days in advance and the prices existing at that time will be adapted to the new dates requested. The Hostel requests a credit card number as a guarantee of the reservation and may pre-authorize the card provided as proof of a valid card to guarantee the reservation.
